[TYPO3-windows] Windows 2003 IIS Fileshare on SAN

You should not need to edit index.php - check your symlinks as that is the
likely culprit.

Download and install 'junction' tool from Sysinternals.  You need to create
about 3 junction folders, try that and report back.
