[TYPO3-windows] IIS7 and Dynamic caching

Hello All,

Currently I'm working on a TYPO3 site that is running on IIS 7.0 and is
using output cache from IIS to cache it's php files for a couple of
seconds.

Problem that came up is on user generated content pages, for instance
login boxes and stuff like that. Of course when this is cached, it's
possible that someone else gets to see another mens userdata. Very
unwanted..

We believe that disabling the caching is not really an option, due to
performance. Is there any way to make this work? Or maybe use some other
caching system?
