[TYPO3-windows] No thumbnails in BE

FYI:
TYPO3 runs quite well on Win/Apache servers, also with realurl active.
It shows thumbnails in BE too (using ImageMagick or GraphicsMagick).
For realurl to work you have to activate url rewriting though (rename
_htaccess to .htaccess in root). This could lead to trouble with IIS but
as said it works nicely with Apache on Win (mod_rewrite must be
installed in Apache).
