[TYPO3-windows] backend login fail

[Pritesh Chandra]

hi there.

i managed to get it to work.  all i did was remove my php5.2.5 and installed
php5.2.6 and it worked fine.  i am still not sure what the cause of the
problems was but upgrading my php solved it.
