[TYPO3-windows] Installing on IIS

Here my Hot-Top for realurl on IIS:
Set up in the IIS 2 Websites, one for the Backend, and one for the
Frontend.
It makes it easy to handle everything like multiple domains in the
frontend etc.
And the Page-preview works also and redirects then to the
realurl-pages.
