[TYPO3-windows] Download: tt_news 2.2.40??

I have no idea where tt_news 2.2.40 resides, but the version looks rather olddated and I doubt, if it will run with typo3 4.0.2. With a CD bookware distribution for typo3 4.0.0 there was a tt_news 2.4.0, which I think will work well with typ03 4.0.2.
