[TYPO3-windows] Typo3 installation problem

Hi all ;
i have just installed the latest Typo3 version, everythin went ok, after i 
log into the back end all i get is one page with (This is your first TYPO3 
page! ) in the frontend area, now i have tried to install a template or even 
edit new content on this page but nothing is showing up.

i wonder is there any way to solve this, also i have already my web site up 
and runing, i used fp to creat it, and after reading about Typo3 i am 100% 
sure that this is best for what i need, just need some help
