80 is enough. But I prefer also to have 25, 110 and 443 (https) open.

The versions you put up are OK, even if I are using PHP 5.1.2. With PHP
5.1.2 you have to use the

No!. They are part of the packages, but has to be enabled in the httpd.conf
or php.ini file.
