[TYPO3-windows] config.locale_all

Finally I got it right with

config.locale_all=german

The property had been overridden by the ts_language_de extension...

One problem that remains is that %G does not give any output :-(

plugin.tt_news.displayLatest.date_stdWrap.strftime=%A, %d. %B %G

only prints e.g.

Freitag, 23. Juni

Any ideas why the %G is omitted?
