[TYPO3-windows] quickstart problems

It's a bit hard to help you if you don't supply some proper information on your actual setup. Did you check permissions? What version of mysql do you use? What version of iis?

I think I found a solusion joomla it installed first time
since I need to learn CMS one that installs gets my VOTE
