[TYPO3-windows] install typo on local server/ work offline?

Hello Els,

First! Don't hijack other post.

To your question. Quickstart don't includes Apache and MySQL, neither PHP.

Use the TYPO3 WAMP on this page http://typo3.org/download/installers/. It's 
also with TYPO3 version 4.0 (newest).
