[Typo3-windows] no images on frontend

thanks for replying.
Permissions are O.K. Typo3temp and all subfolders are writable.
Is it possible that this problem is caused by a wrong path? (i know these problems from installations of oscommerce under windows...)
But i don't know how to fix it with typo3.

with 3.7.0 i had no problems at all...

Any ideas?
