[Typo3-windows] no images on frontend

Hi!
I've got a problem with a new install of 3.8.0 on IIS.
Installation without any problems, everything works fine in install tool. Image processing tests are fine.
In BE icons and images were displayed i.e. in fileadmin.

But if i try to publish (with standard template) no images were displayed on the site.

Trying to publish with template "Business" i get following error messages:

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at D:\Web\HA\0\12_nrylh\d55cxx4p\data\t3lib\class.t3lib_stdgraphic.php:2603) in D:\Web\HA\0\12_nrylh\d55cxx4p\data\tslib\class.tslib_fe.php on line 2612

Anyone who can help me?
On the same Server i hosted a site with 3.7.1 and no problems. 

IIS
TYPO3 3.8.0
PHP 4.3.10
MySQL 3.23.49

Ich habe ein Problem mit den Standard Templates wie z.B. "Business" unter 3.8.0 Statt des Logos werden nur folgende Fehler angezeigt.

Rechtemäßig sollte alles passen. 
Mit 3.7.0 gab es bei gleicher Konfiguration keine Probleme.
Habe auf dem gleichen Server TYPO3-Sites mit 3.7.0 laufen - alles OK.

Gibt es bezgl. der Grafik da etwas, was sich geändert hat???
