I'm just now with a same problem, but I can't found the solution in the link 
above...

My WAMP environment is WindowsXP SP1, Apache 2.0.55, MySQL 5.0.15 and PHP 4.4.1.

The Typo3 that I am using is QuickStart-3.8.1

I did install ImageMagick from: http://typo3.sunsite.dk/software/, obtained in 
the Typo3 3.8.1 Install Tool from the QuickStart Site, but without documentation 
about how to install it...

Please, somebody know Where can I find the documentation about how to install 
imagemagick+ghostscript ?
