[Typo3-windows] installation:step two - blank page

Hello Petr,

Sorry you have to wait for an answer, but most TYPO3 are running on Linux, 
and the large majority don't have much trouble with installation.

You problem doesn't look like a permission problem, but check if permission 
is ok. You find a lot of post about which folders should have read and write 
permission. But on Apache this isn't a normal case.

Also check your MySQL installation. Could also be the problem.

To me it's looks like you get the error when you are trying to create the 
database.
