[Typo3-windows] WAMP package for testing TYPO3 4.0Beta1b

WAMP package including TYPO3 4.0beta1b is available at 
http://www.ameos.com/WAMP-quickstart-4.0beta1b.exe
I will now maintain the WAMP package and I would like to thank Ingmar for 
his previous work.
This package is my first release and is intended for testing TYPO3 4.0beta1b 
(and WAMP package ;)
This package is not finished (changing Apache or MySQL ports doesn't work 
yet) and has not been tested a lot.
Please feel free to give your comments or requests about the WAMP package.
