[Typo3-windows] imagemagick 4.2.9 & imagemagick 6.2.5

okay it works..except on two places...pmg issues with different 
sizes...typo3 expects 150x120 png but the png file actually it is 
170x136 (for example: jesus_transp.png). basically it is warning.

now i'm interested in configuring typo3 so it uses imagemagick to its 
fullest potential. i mean there are some variables i'm not sure what 
value to assign or whether to change it or not?
like:
[GFX][im_imvMaskState] = 0
[GFX][im_no_effects] = 1
[GFX][im_v5effects] = 0

anyother?

also, i've chosen .png over .gif...or maybe it is not a good choice?
