[Typo3-windows] blank page?

this is my directory structure, 'www' being the 'htdocs' elsewhere:

www
	t3_dummy
		fileadmin
		typo3_src
		typo3conf
		typo3temp
		uploads
	t3_quickstart
		fileadmin
		typo3_src
		typo3conf
		typo3temp
		uploads	
	t3_testsite
	t3_source
	t3_quickstart_complete



both typo3_src are junction to t3_source.

t3_testsite,t3_source are not listed. unpacked as in the tar.gz

t3_quickstart_complete is the zip, just got it for testing purposes, and 
the 1-2-3 tool started, so it works, but didnt go all the way thru the 
end. but this is not what i want. and i aint givin' :) up of having the 
intial setup working, far better for maintenance and etc.
