[Typo3-windows] symlinks in windows

here, you are creating all the symlinks manually? (speaking of folders 
and their subfolders). but still, i'll check linkd but it seems it 
created hardlink too judging by the comment on the web page i posted 
previously.


whats your take on this? can you verify that if you delete some file 
from the new dev site, it wont get deleted in the source?
