[Typo3-windows] Install Site not visible

Hello,
I had the same Problem on a shared Host. I made a mistake by commenting 
out one line to much in the /typo3_src/typo3/install.php. Make only two 
slashes at the beginning of the "die"-line and the Problem may be fixed.
