[Typo3-windows] White page

Please give us some more informations:

- HOW did you move your typo3-installation? 
  * new installation?
  * did you import your "old" website via importing the t3d-file? Which version of typo3 are you using?
  * did you move your files in the fileadmin-folders as well?
  * do you use templavoila?
- "Can't see the site" means "Can't see the website, but the typo3 backend", right?
