[Typo3-windows] (no subject)

hi too all list members

I am just too new in php and typo stuff , so i just hope my questions will 
not be too silly for you :)
I have a local server with very low configuration in which i am testing the 
php scripts.
apache server (1.3.*) , mysql 3 , php 4.3.*  on os win98  (pc 166 mhz ,32 mb 
ram pretty slow one)
Even though i have set up typo 3.5 testsite version and succeeded to run the 
admin section , i can see the test pages included in this version of the 
software . it is same as the pages i created. I cant open it.
Do you experts think it is all about my pc and server configuration ? (other 
complex php scripts like nukes are running perfect)

As for my second question , can you suggest me a free php host which ican 
host my typo3 site? i am planning to host it in lycos.co.ukj , what do you 
think?
