[Typo3-windows] Typo3 with IIS, Active Directory, MS SQL

Hi list,
 
can someone tell me, if there is a possibility, that TYPO3 will work with
IIS instaed of Apache and also is it possible to use a MS SQL database
instead of  MySQL.
Can TYPO3 use Active Diretctory.
 
Did someone already try it? 
I know it is unusally, but the customer is the king!!!
