[Typo3-windows] Help with imagemagick and Typo3

I am having touble with getting imagemagick running with typo3 on 
windows.  I have imagemagic installed and it seems to work, but I can 
not get it working with PHP/typo3.  I've put the installed path into 
[GFX][im_path] and imagemagic is enabled in typo3.  I'm running version 
5.5.7 becasue I could not find the older version.  I have every flag for 
version 5+ set that I could find in typo3.  I still can't get it to 
work.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks.
