[TYPO3-UG UK] be login lockip and firewall blacklisting

Hi there,

I have a be user whose ip address is periodically blacklisted by my  
server's firewall. Her ip address is dynamic, and I think this is due  
to her ip address changing mid-session, but I can't a link between  
typo3's security (LOCKIP) which I've now set to 0, and the server  
firewall (CSF - http://configserver.com/cp/csf.html). Has anyone had  
a similar problem, I just need reassurance if/that I've solved the  
problem.
