[TYPO3-UG UK] tt_board with Typo3 v4.0.2

If I remember correctly, tt_board is the original attempt at a bulletin
board? If so I would check out chc_forum which is a much better extension,
I am not sure tt_board is maintained or has been maintained for sometime( I
could be wrong I am writing off the top of my head here).
