[Typo3-UG UK] No Pages are found on the root level

Hi!

Surely if you do not have data then you do not have pages as well.

The best way is to start from reading documentation. If you want just to 
see how typo3 works, you need a TestSite package. TestSite contains 
sample data, Quickstart does not.
