[Typo3-UG UK] Inserting Multiple Sites into Freesite

I have a list of one thousand doctors surgeries in and around scotland, each
entry in the list has enough information to allow me to fill in a freesite
form for each surgery. Clearly, manual entry of this data will prove to be
very time consuming, possibly, unfeasable...So.... I am asking if there is
an easy way to do this?
