[Typo3-UG UK] Website user problem

Hi! 

I'm new to this list and got stuck with Typo3 when I try to setup a FE user.
I have watched the getting started video by Kasper and my problem is that I
can't add any Website users to my typo3 setup. What plugins do I need to get
it working.
I have installed both FE user admin and BE user admin. BE user admin works
perfect and I can add groups and users but not a FE because I even doesn't
get the option.
Can someone give me guidelines or any hints
