[TYPO3-UG US] Admin login not working on localhost on windows 7

Hi. I am just completely new to typo3. I have installed the typo3 on my localhost host (wamp on windows 7). the admin panel login form is appear. but when I enter my login credentials and click on the login button then it just start loading and doesn't enter me to the admin area. 
Also it doesn't give me any error. 
I'm using typo3 version 6.2 and php version 5.3.13
What should I do for this ?
