[TYPO3-UG US] Question About Advanced Frontend Editor Plugin

My company has three websites that operate on the Typo3 platform.

I recently installed the Advanced Frontend Editor Plugin and it is correctly
working on only one of the sites.

What configuration do I need to add so this feature is available on all
three of the websites?

Also, some of the users of the website, both admin and non-admin, can't edit
the frontend of the page.

I've changed their TSconfig both to have the code and not have the code and
nothing works.

Any ideas?
