[TYPO3-UG US] Directory of North American TYPO3 agencies, freelancers, consultants, etc.

We're up to 19 listings now:  10 from Canada, 8 from the US, and 1 from 
Colombia.

Who'd have thought there are more TYPO3 agencies in Canada than the US?
