[TYPO3-UG US] Removing target= from typolinks

[Finees Mendez]

I tried all of Michael's suggested options, and still the target="#" is being generated with my typolinks. Any thought?

I have in Template Setup:
config.extTarget =
config.intTarget =

And Template Constant:
styles.content.links.extTarget = 
PAGE_TARGET =
