[TYPO3-UG US] SmoothGallery does not load in Tex w/ Pic Content

If you run Smoothgallery by itself, mootools isn't needed I think. When you
want the news or content element integration though, the Ajax include
requirements change.

The manual does have the Ajax note about mootools or the like, but then you
need to look at the other Ajax extension docs to set it up.
