I did install it on the site...however, i could not find the file 
template_page.html 

am i missing something?

1) Do it from the extension manager:

Ext Manager -> import extension -> type 'templavoila' and press 'Look 
up' etc.

2) Or download it from the repository and upload it to your instance:

Ext Manager -> Upload extension file directly -> browse and upload etc.
