[TYPO3-UG US] Need help with recent upgrade

I am unable to perform any queries of the listserv because UG-US is not
in the drop-down list of the search.

Is this correctable?
I have upgrade a site from 3.8 to 4.0.2 The backend seems to work fine.
But the frontend is gone. I ran the upgrade wizard, but no luck.
