How about reading the manual? Even if it's not currently available on
TYPO3.org, you could have asked someone for a copy. In any case,
there's a good chance you already have it--look in the Extension
Manager in the "Loaded Extensions" section; find sr_feuser_register
and look in the "Doc" column. Is there an icon there? If so, click it
and you'll be prompted to download it.

If it's _not_ there, you can force download of manuals by setting the
"[EXT][em_alwaysGetOOManual] " flag in the install tool--then you'll
get _all_ the manuals you need with the extensions.
