Simply go to the page containing your loginbox.
Click on "Edit page header".
You will see the usual backend form where you can edit the page title and
other page related stuff.
In this form you will find a selectbox called "General Record Storage Page".
In the upper right corner of this box you will see a page browser icon.
Klick on it and select the page or sysfolder containing the frontend users
and groups in the treeview of the new popup window.
Save the page.
