[TYPO3-UG US] Install Instructions?

Virgil,

There weren't really any big changes in the installation process for
quite a while so even the outdated docs should generally work. By
"can't get beyond this" - what exactly do you mean? Do you get any
error messages?

I believe you have my Skype id if you want to chat tomorrow.
