It looks very good indeed, it really does.

My one question would be about accessibility; I notice that there
seems to be a heavy reliance on graphical text (this is how it seems
on the basis of the aliased fonts in the mockup, I could obviously be
wrong...)

On the one hand, the ability to dynamically create graphical text and
composite images is a superb feature of TYPO3 that should be
highlighted, but on the other hand, the system is still not terribly
sophisticated at making accessible graphical text (e.g. it's at least
difficult to build a good GMENU that degrades nicely to text if gfx or
css is disabled)...

I'd be interested in hearing the design team's opinions on
accessibility with respect to the new site.
