[TYPO3-UG US] extension manual update

Hi Dimitri,

Thanks for the suggestions! I'll set up a triage for these and get to 
work on them. I try to put them in order of what I think people use the 
most. Keep the recommendations coming!

As for the "getting started" docs, those would definitely do to be 
completely redone from the ground up, since T3 has changed a lot since 
they were originally written. We're thinking new docs with Flash movies 
that directly complement them, plus redoing the Futuristic Template 
Building at the same time for the TV crowd. Everything will be based on 
a new pseudo-business for one consistent generic look.
