[TYPO3-UG US] US Marketing Plan

I'm interested in getting involved in anyway I can. A few things I'm working 
on that might be of interest;

- A commerical TYPO3 LAMP stack in conjunction with www.Spikesource.com in 
California
- a TYPO3 book for the US market.
- I'm speaking at econtent week in Las Vegas, the largest US content 
management conference.

I think there might be some value to co-promote TYPO3.
