Thank you for your mention, but the extension, if I understood
correctly, doesn't work as Kevin requested. Modifying it isn't so
difficult to match Kevin "requirements".

It is necessary to connect with the payment gateway, and after its
reply, the extension could insert the user inside a front-end group
who has the privileges to view premium pages.

It would be possible to have an undefinite number of "premium" areas
(shop categories), and let users (old or new) have access to them in
different ways.
