This is a great idea... I think it would be great to have a place 
specifically for "Bounties" and Projects for Bid. Of course I think it 
should be community wide... not just US, fwiw.

By the way, Ruv... forward this to Reis Van Twisk (typo3 at rvt.dds.nl) 
from the .org forums... this is right up his alley.
