I do it for the HTML part, but I like CSS separated into it's own file.

Pure TS HTML is usefull for a one man team. HTML templates are better
for teams with developers and designers.

Pure TS HTML is also usefull, when you have lean, linar HTML like those
for accessible pages. HTML templates are nearly empty then. The Design
goes completly into CSS here. This type of sites are of raising
importance in germany. In this case it can even be a practical approach
for bigger teams.
