[TYPO3-UG Spain] Problemas con Extension Rtehtmlarea

Estoy migrando un sitio web de servidor, es la versión Typo3 4.0.2 y el
nuevo servidor es Windows 2008 server. El contenido de las páginas si tiene
una imágen que ha sido redimensionada no se muestra y en ttnews las
imagenes tampoco se muestran.

Según he leido para la extesión rtehtmlarea 1.3.7 (versión que tiene typo3
4.0.2) es necesario configurar el IIS, en el manual aparece un enlace
http://www.aspnetresources.com/blog/cache_control_extensions.aspx pero es
erroneo.

¿Cual sería la configuración del IIS? Gracias

The last two statements require the *mod_expires* Apache module to be
