[TYPO3-UG Spain] install tool is locked

Hola lista, estaba yo en mi backend quise entrar al modulo install y me salio el siguiente mensaje:

 

 

The Install Tool is locked.

Fix: Create a file typo3conf/ENABLE_INSTALL_TOOL
This file may simply be empty.

For security reasons, it is highly recommended to rename
or delete the file after the operation is finished.

 

Obviamente cree el archivo, pero me sigue saliendo el mismo error, estoy aterrada, que puedo hacer??
