[TYPO3-UG Spain] problema con el modern link

Buenas tardes, otra vez

He instalado la version 4.1.1  de typo3, teniendo mysql 4.1.22, php 4.3.9 y
apache 2.0.54. Al instalar la extensión "Modern Linklist" (ab_linklist), me
da el siguiente mensaje:

DEPENDENCY ERROR
The running TYPO3 Version(4.1.1) is higher than allowed (4.1)
      Ignore this version requeriment

¿debo ignorar y seguir, o esto da muchos problemas?
