Deduzco que lo has instalado en un servidor Windows...

¿Has instalado el software 7Zip como indican en sus instrucciones?

Según manual:
To run this exension under WINDOWS OS, you will need to install the 7- 
ZIP compression software, available at www.7-zip.org, and configure  
the extension accordingly.
