[Typo3-UG Spain] Durante la instalación, Typo3 no importa el database sql-file

Typo3 no importa el database sql-file durante la instalación del 
quickstart-3.8.0

Se conecta sin problema con MySQL, pero a la hora de importar el SQL 
file desde el database analyser, recibo este error:

just dumping the whole content of the file uncritically. That's why 
there must be defined tables in the SQL file.
"

Tampoco acepta crear una DB. Sólo reconoce las DB creadas previamente.
Miré en los archivos de varias listas, pero no encontré nada.
Realizo está instalación en un VPS, a través de un host provider.
Abajo, las debugs infos, que quizás les podría orientar.
